Nathaniel Bassey takes Halleluyah Challenge to Kirikiri Prison

Gospel singer and pastor, Nathaniel Bassey, has announced that he will celebrate his 44th birthday on Friday with a special worship session at the Kirikiri Medium Security Prison in Lagos.

In a post on his Instagram page, Bassey revealed that the program will feature a one-day edition of the renowned Halleluyah Challenge, the global worship initiative he launched in 2017.

“For my birthday tomorrow, I will be praising and celebrating with my brothers in prison,” he shared.

Over the years, the Halleluyah Challenge has grown into one of Africa’s most impactful online worship gatherings, bringing together thousands of Christians each night for an hour of praise. The movement has also sparked numerous testimonies of healing, deliverance, and answered prayers worldwide.
