RCCG Governing Council meeting to hold on the moon’ – Pastor Adeboye

At the recently concluded Festival of Fire Service at the Redemption Camp, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, shared a remarkable revelation. He stated that God told him the church’s Governing Council would one day hold its meetings on the moon.

“I’m not doubting God; I know all things are possible with Him. He told me — and I shared it with some of my people — that the day is coming when the RCCG Governing Council will meet on the moon. It might sound unbelievable, but that’s the kind of God we serve,” Pastor Adeboye said.

He also encouraged the congregation to hold firmly to God’s faithfulness and unchanging love.

“When God says our council meetings will take place on the moon, you may find it hard to believe — and that’s okay. But He has spoken, and it will surely come to pass,” he added.

The revered clergyman further reflected on past experiences of divine promises that once seemed impossible. He recalled how God told him he would one day own a city, even while he was living in a one-room apartment in Mushin, Lagos.

“Just like God told me not to ask for a house, but to build a city — and that word came while I was in a single room in Mushin. When I shared it with others at the time, they laughed. And they’re still laughing — not in disbelief anymore, but in awe of what God has done,” he said.
