Worship Floods Lagos As Ministers Ignite “The Experience 20

The 20th edition of the annual worship concert illuminated Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos, on Friday night, attracting thousands in person and millions more joining virtually.

Hosted by Pastor Paul Adefarasin, the landmark celebration delivered a powerful mix of music, prayer, and prophetic moments that stretched from evening until daybreak.

Right from the opening session, the atmosphere transformed as various worship leaders guided the massive crowd into deep, vibrant praise. Travis Greene set the tone with a moving worship experience, leading participants in stirring declarations of faith. Sinach followed with high-energy praise, turning the entire arena into a jubilant sea of voices as her globally cherished songs rang out.

Dunsin Oyekan created one of the night’s most reflective moments, drawing worshippers into profound, reverent adoration. Mercy Chinwo later elevated the atmosphere with her signature joyful praise, filling the square with dance, excitement, and loud choruses.

Other ministers—Moses Bliss, Frank Edwards, Bidemi Olaoba, Onos Ariyo, and the Lagos Metropolitan Gospel Choir—each brought their unique styles, blending youthful praise with classical worship expressions. The rich diversity produced a seamless flow that kept the audience fully engaged for hours.

During the event, Pastor Adefarasin described the two-decade milestone as “evidence of God’s unfailing grace and the strength of the Nigerian church.” He encouraged believers to stay rooted in faith and united in purpose as the nation faces difficult seasons.

For many, the night was far more than a concert—it was a divine encounter. Attendees testified of renewal, healing, and restored hope, making this 20th edition one of the most unforgettable gatherings in the event’s history.
